What is WILDFIT?
WILDFIT is not a ”release all your access weight in a few weeks”-program, although it is most likely the most efficient weight release program available. On the other hand you will be guided to see all the traps the food industry puts before you and knowledge on how to handle them. Once you know this, it is much easier for you to break unwanted habits and create new supporting habits that ultimately leads to weight release and a healthier lifestyle.
